Thriving Critters is here to serve you and your pets. We value quality, honesty, and animal welfare, and we want to make sure we have everything we need to provide the best possible care.

Since you’re new to Thriving Critters, there are a few things we’ll need to get set up before you can request care. Don’t worry—we’ll walk you through each step!

New Client Application –– This form helps us learn a little more about you, your home, your contact information, and how you prefer to communicate. Once we know where you’re located, the pet sitter closest to you will reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet.

Critter Bio –– Once your account has been set up, you can add a Critter Bio for each of your pets. This is where you’ll tell us about their routines, personalities, behaviors, medications, and enrichment needs so we can provide care that’s tailored to them.

Service Request –– Once your account and Critter Bios are set up, you’re ready to request care! Use the Service Request page to request your next pet sitting, dog walk, or Critter Taxi. You’ll provide the dates, type of care, and any other details we need to know about your request.
