Natasha (Graphic designer & Pet Sitter)

Natasha is a dedicated pet care professional with over 8 years of hands-on experience in the industry. Her diverse background includes roles as a trusted pet sitter, a skilled technician at a reputable dog training company, and valuable work at a local animal shelter. Natasha’s passion for animals extends beyond her career—she is the proud guardian of two rescue dogs and one cat, ensuring her expertise is matched by genuine love and understanding for pets of all kinds.

In addition to her extensive animal care experience, Natasha holds a background in graphic design, blending creativity and attention to detail in all she does. When she’s not caring for animals or pursuing creative projects, you’ll find her crocheting or spending quality time with her furry family. Natasha’s commitment, reliability, and wealth of experience make her the ideal choice for anyone seeking a compassionate and professional pet sitter or dog walker.

Dylan (Pet Sitter, Dog Walker, Slogan Creator)

Dylan is a dedicated professional dog walker with three years of experience serving Seattle’s vibrant pet community. As a valued member of a reputable dog walking company, bringing a deep passion for animal well-being, reliability, and a calm, confident presence to every walk.

Dylan shares her life with a newly adopted German Shepherd, whose companionship has inspired her to expand her knowledge and skills in the canine world. Eager to take on new challenges, Dylan is currently exploring the field of dog training, with a particular interest in avalanche rescue.

Outside of her commitment to animals, Dylan is a seasonal fisherman and an avid outdoor enthusiast. Her free time is filled with adventures—whether it’s skiing in the mountains, hiking Pacific Northwest trails, or discovering new ways to stay active in the great outdoors. Dylan’s unique blend of professional experience, adventurous spirit, and dedication to lifelong learning makes her a trusted companion for pets and their owners alike.

Kelsie (BD and Finance)

Kelsie has over 15 years of pet industry experience and most of that time has been owning and operating Thriving Critters's sister company Kind Animal Services. Only recently did Kelsie decide to separate the pet care potion of the business and focus KAS on training and behavior modification.

Kelsie enjoys her life with 2 parrots, 2 horses, and 1 dogs. She spends her free time horseback riding, hiking, camping with or without horses, and dancing.
